In-house Financing
In-house Financing by ORENID GROUP
Start with a down payment and pay the balance in scheduled installments to ORENID GROUP, our in-house financing arm. ORENCORE and ORENID GROUP are business names of the same company, so you deal with one company from start to finish.
- Same price as paying in full. No interest, and no plan or setup fees.
- Your schedule is set in a written agreement before work begins.
- Domain, hosting and code stay with ORENCORE until the project is paid in full, then transfer to you.
In-house financing by ORENID GROUP: seller financing of our own ORENCORE and HEFE GROUP services. Not a loan. Same price as paying in full. ORENID GROUP is not a licensed lender.
In-house Financing is seller financing of our own services. It is not a loan from a bank or lender, and ORENID GROUP is not a licensed lender. It is available for business purposes only and is subject to approval and a signed In-house Financing Agreement. A late fee may apply as stated in that agreement.
Questions
Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your new site launches on the same domain.
Will my site go down during the makeover?
No. Your current site stays live while we build. We launch only when the new version is ready and approved.
Is it cheaper than a new build?
A makeover usually costs less than building from scratch, because we reuse what already works. Your proposal sets the exact price.
Can you remodel apps and software too?
Yes. Mobile apps, portals and internal software can be redesigned and modernized the same way.
What about my content and pages?
We keep what works, rewrite what doesn't, and plan redirects so links keep working.
Who hosts it after launch?
We can host and care for it on a monthly plan. The details are in your written agreement.
